Our project timeline at a glance
Consultation & quote preparation
In a personal consultation, we analyze your needs, determine key parameters (e.g., ship type, conveying capacity, bulk material, local conditions), and can then prepare a cost-benefit analysis. Using a 3D layout tool, we visualize rough plant sketches and provide you with a binding offer.
Concept & approval process
Based on your approvals, we will refine the layout, technical packages, and schedule. Detailed drawings, 3D models, and technical data sheets will be provided for your approval – this way you keep track of all the details and can quickly approve changes.
Production
Our own production in Germany covers 6.550 m²2 The production area includes, in addition to the steel construction area with machine processing capabilities, a sandblasting booth, a paint shop, and our own test laboratory where our blowers must undergo a performance test before release and delivery.
quality check
Before shipping, each system undergoes extensive functional testing. In addition, we validate performance, safety, and control functions according to the ISO 9001 standard to guarantee consistently high quality.
Shipping
Thanks to our modern logistics and global partner network, we ship on time and cost-effectively – directly to your port or warehouse. We coordinate customs, transport, and unloading logistics for a smooth process.
Assembly & commissioning
On-site, our trained service teams handle the professional installation, system configuration, and training of your employees. Following successful commissioning, we will support you with instruction and test reports until complete handover.

Our 3D planning service creates transparency early on. From the initial key data to the clear plant layout.
You simply enter the ship dimensions, quay parameters, material type, and desired conveying capacity into the PDF. Based on this information, we create an initial, customized layout in the 3D configurator and visualize it in real time – potential bottlenecks become immediately apparent. In a joint meeting, we finalize the model until we have a robust system concept.
