Ship loaders on rails
Our rail-mounted ship loaders achieve loading capacities of up to 3.000 t/h and are operated via low or medium voltage. Telescopic conveying pipes and a swiveling boom ensure complete coverage of even large cargo hatches.
Mobile ship loaders, often coupled to a mobile loading trolley on the quayside, allow for rapid movement along the quay without interrupting the loading process. Control elements and an integrated remote monitoring system ensure maximum operational reliability and easy on-site maintenance.
Stationary ship loaders
NEUERO's permanently installed ship loaders offer a compact and economical solution with a conveying capacity of up to 3.000 t/h. Thanks to stable foundation mounting, the system withstands wind and weather year-round, while low-wear components and an accessible maintenance concept guarantee long service life.

Dust-free loading head (DLH)
NEUERO's newly developed loading head (DLH = Dustless Loading Head) achieves almost dust-free loading with controlled material flow and low speed of the conveyed material.
KIKO (Kick-in / Kick-out)
The kicking motion (KIKO = Kick-In / Kick-Out) of the vertical boom in combination with the swiveling of the horizontal boom allows access to any location within a ship's hatch.
Automated movements
The highly developed sensor system continuously monitors the loading status and the current fill level of the ship's hatch and, based on this, controls the NEUERO-DLH and loading boom fully automatically, without requiring any intervention from the operating personnel.
Kaibandanlage
In addition to our ship loaders, we supply complete quayside conveyor systems for connecting your silo to the ship loader – from planning and delivery to installation and commissioning. We take current safety regulations and individual customer requirements into account.
Transfer cars (tripper cars) between the conveyor belt discharge and the loading point onto the ship loader can be designed as towed or self-propelled versions. Depending on requirements, we integrate dust extraction systems and other special equipment. The conveyor belt systems are also available as enclosed versions with a cover belt, thus replacing a "closed" conveyor gallery.
