Flexiport
Up to 1.000 t/h (wheat) unloading capacity. In addition to the Multiport With the additional movement of the entire vertical boom ("kick-in/kick-out") and milling unit at the nozzle. Ideal for poorly flowing bulk materials from the food sector (grit) or the power plant sector (wood pellets). Turbo blower

State-of-the-art engine house
NEUERO's machine house meets the highest standards in terms of safety, noise reduction, and ease of use. Depending on requirements, it consists of separate rooms for housing the switchgear, transformer, compressed air supply, and hydraulics.
Automatic suction nozzle
The NEUERO suction nozzle features automated air control, which allows the discharge performance to be perfectly adapted to the conveyed product and the operating conditions.
Additionally, an automatic nozzle lowering system can be used. This controls the nozzle's immersion depth depending on the vacuum pressure, thus ensuring continuous suction operation with maximum flow rate and minimal operator intervention.
Boom to ground
The ability to lower the boom to ground level offers a significant advantage during maintenance and potential replacement of individual parts, such as wear plates in the conveyor pipe bend, ropes, pulleys, etc. This eliminates any work at height, which can sometimes be dangerous. Safety first.
Auxiliary winch
The auxiliary winch on the boom can be used to lift front loaders (e.g., Bobcat) or larger tracked excavators weighing up to 15 tons into the ship's hatch to assist with final unloading. The winch operates at two speeds and is protected by load-measuring axles.

Typical products are free-flowing and have a density of 0,5 to 1,5 t/m³: grains, beans, seeds, raw materials for animal feed, and numerous other products such as chemicals, aluminum oxide, or soda ash – both in powder form and as pellets or prills.
Depending on the sensitivity of the product, NEUERO recommends the appropriate equipment to minimize material breakage.
We also offer an optimal solution for grit or pellets that do not flow freely. Our Flexiport It features a specially developed boom system that reliably loosens the material before extraction.
